On the other hand, heat stroke is a serious medical emergency that occurs when your body is unable to control its internal temperature. In conclusion, Heat Stroke is more severe and requires immediate attention.

How to treat Heat Exhaustion/ Heat Stroke

You should rest in a cool place like getting into an air-conditioned building Drink cool fluids. Stick to water or sports drinks. (Don’t give him any caffeine drinks like coffee) Try cooling measures like taking a cool shower, soaking in a cool bath, or putting towels soaked in cool water on your skin. The last thing is to remove extra or unnecessary clothing.

You should first wash the wound thoroughly with mild soap and running water. Then cover the bite with antibiotic ointment and a clean dressing.

How to treat for Broken Bones?

Try not to move the injured arm or leg. Use scissors to cut off the clothing if it is painful to remove clothing Put a simple splint on the broken area if you have one. To make a splint, you can use a small board, cardboard, or folded-up newspapers. Wrap it with an elastic bandage or tape. Lastly, get medical care to make a full recovery.

How do you do you CPR?

You first call 911 and start by laying them on the ground. Then you do 100 compressions every minute. It should be at 2 inches deep at the center of the chest for adults and 1 inch or 5 cm for children and infants. Do this until the Ambulance comes.
