1. CS should only confirm a check inquiry if the provider is available to verify their account information and give permission for the CS agent to speak with the 3rd party representative.
2. CS can only verify the net pay amount of the check and the issue date if requested.
3. CS will confirm the check information offered, matches what we can see in our systems (Portal or MyAccount); however, we cannot confirm if the check has been cashed, because we do not have access to this information.

When can I start working with PPL?
January 6th to help consumers and PAs who are already in the program transition to PPL. Current CDPAP consumers and PAs will have until March 28th to complete the transition to PPL as their fiscal intermediary. For consumers who are new to CDPAP, PPL will begin accepting referrals starting on March 1st.

If the program allows for paper timesheets and if there is not an Authorized Representative that can sign the timesheet for the Participant/Employer, what can you do?
Instruct the caller to write “Deceased” in the signature box for the Participant
Does everyone in CDPAP have to move to PPL?
Yes. Consumers and their PAs will need to transition to PPL as their fiscal intermediary before March 28, 2025. Please contact PPL’s support center starting on January 6th for help with the transition process. The support center contact number will be published in early January.
