These common apps may NOT be used for payment.

You must submit your proposal this far in advance:
1 week.
Each organization must have this elected official, a second one if funded:
President, Treasurer.
February's program deadline:
February 28th
Outside of the SLC, this place may host an event ONCE.
George Walker Center.
This is the maximum amount you may spend out of your budget for any event:

300$.
(Request additional funding from the Office of Student Activities).
You must submit your proposal on this platform:

Spring Break.
50% of you budget must be spent by this date, 75% by another date.

This "timely" phrase refers to one working, and therefore excludes a club from hosting an event in a space where a member is working.
"On the clock"
This term means "the act of repaying a person," and also NOT allowed to be received by students:
Reimbursement.
This is the minimum number of events you host per year.

A year.
Failure to meet requirements/deadlines will result in this:
A temporary suspension of funds.
Name at least 4 spaces in the SLC you contact the Office of Student Affairs to book:
Conference room, Dean's Dining, Game Room, Orchestra Pit, SLC Courtyard, TV Lounge.

In collaboration with the George Walker Center you must host one program that addresses this topic:
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
This required document outlines the purpose, goals, and structure of the group as well as a mission statement.
Constitution.
After this date unused funds will be appropriated for general student activities and will no longer be available.
