An Isolation and Restraint report form must be filled out within 2 days after an incident. Please fill this form out with your case manager or BCBA . Isolation and Restraint Jotform
If you are involved in a situation where Isolation and/or restraint is used. You must schedule a follow-up debrief meeting with your supervising BCBA within 24 hours of the incident. Additionally, Washington state law requires you to notify your building administrator ASAP.

How often must RBT's renew their credentials?

To remain active with the BACB, RBTs must renew their credentials annually.
RBTs receive notification from the BACB 45 days prior to their credential expiration. NSD BCBAs are available to help with renewal applications September - June.
NSD RBTs must notify their supervising BCBA as soon as they receive notification from the BCBA. This is the start of their renewal window.
To renew your credential you will complete a renewal competency assessment with your supervising BCBA.
