What happens if a team member is unable to work their scheduled weekend shift?

If a team member can't work their scheduled weekend shift, they'll need to make up the hours on the next unscheduled weekend. This rule applies to everyone, whether they're full-time, part-time, or on-call. The department's needs will decide the make-up schedule, and it will be organized by the CQC.
