4. Wait for approval
5. If approved, reach out to TAM/Lead for next steps
6. Once TE 2025 wf is created, move forward with processing the offer
7. If NOT approved, candidate cannot move forward with TE role.

PAUSE. We cannot process any March 2025 start dates candidates until approval is given.
A TA rehire candidate has not signed his Offer Letter yet, because he was expecting an offer for the Select-time TA role instead. What do you advise him?
Let the candidate know that the application window for that role has closed, and if he did apply, the specialty recruiting team will be reaching out when they start their interview process. (we do not currently have a timeline on when they will start.)
Encourage the candidate to sign the offer as is to lock in his SD and role. It will be easier to transfer his SD if he were to start as a Select-time TA.

Right now we are not hiring for SelectTime. Advise rehires that the appropriate recruiting team will be reaching out when they start the hiring process.
