A brief extension of the position paper where position, purpose, and action are stated.

To present opening speeches.

Pass notes throughout the committee.
What is role call? What must a delegate respond when called upon?
Taking attendance.

To explain the topic and the committee assigned.
What is paragraph 2's purpose?
Explain the assigned country's position as well as state the reasoning behind it.
