After waking up in a dungeon the party starts their escape. Mei was able to get free of her cell, only then to start banging on the door. When opened she had this to say to their guard.

While in the castle's library, the party encountered a shadowy being that took hold of the entire space. The party was not able to fight back well enough. Skia, Nyla's own shadowy companion was able to help the party with this being. But not without trapping Nyla in this magic item directly after.
