There is under $20 charge available to pass the resident and we have never billed them before.
What does vacant - billed as reg mean?
That the homes is processed as a normal charge and not a vacant charge. It will have a new status in yoda and not be green like a vacant charge. However it is a vacant and is still eligible for a VSF.
In yoda you look for action notes and do as they say.
On the market doc look for anything that will help successfully bill the home.
