With the first installment of “__ ____ __ ___ _____” trilogy, P____ J______ did the almost impossible: He brought _._._. _____’s _____-____ to life in the hills of New Zealand, appealing to longtime fans and newcomers who might be wary of the jargon about elves and orcs. The film set a new bar for fantasy blockbusters with makeup and effects that still hold up, and set pieces that are immersive and occasionally terrifying. As soon as ____ ____’s score kicks in, it’s hard not to feel transported.

All three movies are masterpieces; this one is just best of the best. Lower scope fantasy here is like playing an RPG game.

________ is a great movie! It is about a rat that ends up in Paris and takes over a chef by using his hair. Together they learn how to be better chefs, hearts being broken in the process. Would recommend watching. It is rated TV-G and came out in 2007.

The other night, having nothing else to do, I popped in the DVD of ____ _______ ________ just to see what the "fuss" is all about (My younger sister owns the HSM dolls, clothes, towels, movies, CDs, video games, sheet music, etc). Though not usually drawn to the musical genre or Disney Channel dramatic fare, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this film held my interest and entertained me for its duration.

Plot-wise, HSM doesn't deviate too far from standard Disney programming. When new girl to school Gabriella Montez (Vanessa Hudgens) begins to form a relationship with school beau Troy Bolton (Zac Efron), it draws the ire of popular girl Sharpay Evans (Ashley Tisdale) and facilitates an overhaul of East High's social cliques.

What sets the storyline apart from, say, a typical episode of Hannah Montana, though, is the way the school stereotypes are portrayed. Instead of getting too preachy, Disney instead wildly accentuates those stereotypes and lets the simple messages of diversity and acceptance speak for themselves. Troy is the All-American boy every girl has a crush on, Gabriella is the stunningly beautiful girl next door, and Sharpay is the over-the-top princess who rules the school with her status.

I loved the show when it aired out initially, and rewatching the show I find that it was incredibly misandrist. The men are more often than not the butt of the joke when they are not simply portrayed as buffoons, simps, simpleton bros, abusive (____'s dad, or her ex husband), stupid nerds without any real desires with value (unless they simp for the right woman). The women on the other hand are on a pedestal of its own. They are ambitious, creative, insightful, clever, emotionally intelligent, capable of overcoming adversity, better than men in each and every aspect. For example, there is an episode involving ____s kid choice between a GI joe and a barbie and of this episode there is a 3-5 minutes reminder by _____ in front of ___'s ex wife how he crossdressed. Who in their right mind would spill private and embarrassing information like that in front of parties who do nothing but enjoy using this information to humiliate another? This doesn't strike me as having anything of value but to demonstrate that it's fine to have no respect for someone else's private life in front of obviously adversarial parties. As I mentioned, I'm viewing this show again now and even if some of the jokes still work well, the obvious unbalanced treatment of the characters is very disturbing.

From a young age, my parents recommended this show to me as one of their childhood classics, and I was immediately hooked. The unique personalities between the main cast lead to some very interesting episodes and events happening, with the entire series feeling like a story of regular people finding love and success in their lives. Some jokes can be cheap and expected, but will still make you laugh because of the incredible delivery of the carefully selected actors. There are also many catchphrases that the characters will say which get you hooked and makes you feel a connection to them, whether it be ___'s "how you doing?" or ____'s "oh no-", it makes you feel like you're connected when you hear their phrases repeated and scattered across the show. Each series feels like a large build-up to a huge event at the end, whether it be the birth of a child, a marriage or a huge discovery, and they never disappoint. Looking back on it, I've never quite laughed and smiled at a piece of media as much as this one. An amazing show that should be cherished forever.

a good modern detective, now it is becoming more and more difficult to film them because of technologies that have simplified the solution of crimes, which makes the creation of detectives in our time more difficult, but here it was possible to catch attention

Convoluted but very **** plot twist is indeed very good, I found it sad that almost all the other characters were practically discarded in the 2nd/3rd act.I still don't know if the detective is a genius or an idiot, since he's played by the 007 actor, I imagine he's a genius.

Not really exceptional some cool moments but organised crime dramas have been done to death. Ik this is one of the first ones and it is semi-interesting to delve into the mafia world. The movie follows a pretty predictible patern one group interferes with the other group in new york. They charcaters rationalize what happened then they attack the other side. I didnt feel like the movie had padding but the movie could've trimmed some parts

Ok, I'm getting sick of comments saying stuff like "______is the greatest film EVER MADE!"

That's complete and utter bullturd. Yes, it had great cinematography and effects, yes it had a great soundtrack but NO WAY was the acting superb and NO WAY was the storyline great.

Take that storyline and stick it in any other action movie and you would leave feeling disappointed at the end. It's major selling point was "What is the Matrix? You have to see it for yourself." Come on, the only plot twist was that thing to do with ____, and that wasn't greatly unforeseeable, there's things like that in every frigging action movie.

The thing that set it apart was the ground-breaking camera effects, gnarly special effects and a funky soundtrack, as well as the costume design bit, with all that leather and expensive sunglasses. Without this stuff, all you would be left with is your average action movie.

I didn't really like "_______" as a child, so it rarely ended up on the VCR. Except for the Pleasure Island sequence, the postcard-idyllic kitsch factor was too much for me; none of the songs were uplifting, and both Geppetto and the cricket were quite annoying. From today's perspective, the animation technique in the second Disney film is exciting; you can clearly see how the animation was done with great attention to detail, but it hadn't yet reached the routine perfection that would soon follow. The cat is very cute. I never need to see it again, but it was nice to watch it again.

Did I see the same movie as the rest of the world? I thought this movie was lousy. It couldn't have been less interesting.

The only thing that got me was how they made ______'s legs disappear; and that was a momentary curiosity at best, an interesting f/x. That was very well done, no question about it.

I am very sentimental, at least when it comes to movies; this movie didn't touch me at all.

________ was obnoxious, at best. Robin Wright Penn is miscast and I have yet to see her in a movie in which she should have been in. I love Sally Field but even she cannot rescue this for me.

This may be the movie I dislike the most...the fact that it won Best Picture, Actor etc. makes me hate it even more, and usually I don't care what the Academy thinks since I question the whole thing to begin with.

First review from me. This film deserves it. A superhero film, ______ or not, does not have the right to send me on the emotional rollercoaster that ___ ____ did. It has no right to do what it did, paying tribute to 10 years of films whilst changing the rules as to what a superhero film should be.

I laughed, lots. I cried, lots. I cheered (quietly and internally of course), lots I even punched the air in a "go on!" during one scene

I can honestly say, no film has ever moved me like that. Hours later, my heart was still pounding, the adrenaline still flowing from this epic piece of film making.

Made by fans, for fans. Are there flaws? Yes. If you over think the story of course there is. But it works. It flows. It fits.

Go with it. Enjoy the ride.

Soak up every second, it doesn't feel like 3 hours, it feels like a flow of story reaching a conclusion that will shock and move you.

I have nothing else to say.

10/10. Well done Russo brothers. Well done!
