Draw a card. Deal damage equal to the number of cards in your hand to an opponent Shikigami.
Ink Splash (Bukkuman)
SR G2 Spell
Draw a card. Deal damage equal to half the number of cards in your hand to an opponent Shikigami.
Despite almost never being used for its trigger function, this G2 Spell has the potential to help its Shikigami live through combat encounters. It even has a stun!
Seal Amulet / Seal Arrow
What do you mean I spent all that time and effort to get a card that's purely detrimental? This Shikigami must be terrible! Oh wait, never mind, turns out it's a mistranslation. This Shikigami is still terrible though.
Usagi
Aside from Reap, this is the only other SSR in the game's Classic set to be a combat card.
Hack and Slash (G3 Ubume Combat)
This is the largest amount of damage printed on a Projectile on a non-token card in the game.
10
Evolve: Momiji (G3 Momiji Evolve)
Dazzling Box (G3 Hako Shoujo Form)
Ruler of Dreams (Yumekui)
SSR G3 Form

SSR G3 Form

Each Nightmare card in opponent library gains this +1/+1. If Yumekui takes damage, remove Nightmare cards from opponent library instead (up to 3).
A combat trigger? In g3? No thanks, this Shikigami is notoriously slow enough already! It even has the potential to leave this Shikigami vulnerable if your opponents knows whats up.
Wisteria Dance (G3 Fujihime Spell)
Despite being a card purchasable from the Shop for 2 Bounty, this G1 card is not considered a Shop card!
Life Essence
Unlike Ebisu's SSR, this SSR can at least do *something* before your entire team has reached G3, though you probably should still wait until then before playing it. It also boasts one of the longest tooltips in the game, so many options!
Moru's Blessing
This card is the only Field in the entire game to make use of the Trick mechanic. Probably because of how potentially confusing it is!
Lucky Clover (G3 Kusa: Dandelion Field)
Antler Gore (Shishio)
SSR G3 Combat

Lifesteal. Burst 2: Gain +1 ATK and Immunity to Attack Damage. Burst 4: Gain +1 ATK and Piercing. Burst 8: Gain +1 ATK and Double Strike.

Onikiri (3)
Guijinyang (2)
DAILY DOUBLE
Chi Li's passive charges a Dragon Breath spell whenever she discards one of your cards. The Dragon Breath chosen corresponds to the faction of the discarded card, they even included an option for when you discard a card with no faction. After evolving, all of Chi Li's Dragon Breaths get empowered effects. This is the evolved effect of the factionless Dragon Breath. .
This is the first SSR in the game to not cost any orbs to play from your hand.
Shadowing (G3 Kubinashi SSR)
Dont let Melon see this one. Or anyone else for that matter, this form is really weak, sharing the exact same statline as its base Shikigami, and quickly fading into irrelevancy past G1.
Surge (Shouzu G1 Form)
Diamond Sutra (Hitotsume)
SR G2 Form
0/8
Hitotsume takes the attack damage in your place. Hitotsume's attack damage taken - 1.
Diamond Sutra (Hitotsume)
SR G2 Form
0/8
Hitotsume takes the attack damage in your place. Hitotsume's damage taken - 1.
In the game's Classic set, we got our first Trigger form card in Ichimokuren's G2 form, Wind Charm: Flash. Since then, however, exactly this many more forms with Trigger themselves have been printed.
1
Protection: Puppetry (G2 Puppeteer Form)
Despite being the only Shikigami that can generate them, Susabi: Origin's Stellar Bursts are considered neutral cards. This means that they are playable even if he is defeated. This also means, however, that they are hard countered by this card from a Shikigami in the same set.
Moonlit Sky (G1 Tsukuyomi Form)
This SSR has the least amount of words on it among all the SSRs in the game.
Gua Tai Legion (G3 Hazy Carriage Spell)
Summon a Gua Tai
Despite being buffed several times, this Evolve card of a popular Shikigami still sees no play, partly because it is still not a strict upgrade over its base passive.
Peach's Blessing (G3 Momo: Hafubuki Evolve)
Fearless Smoke (Kamikui)
R G3 Field
5 Intensity
Fast
When entering the battlefield, give all your Shikigami +2 Combat Power. When a Shikigami in the opponent's Combat Zone is defeated during your turn, make Kamikui attack once.

For most trigger cards, while being able to catch your opponent off guard during their turn is valuable, have the option to be played during your own turn. This is not always the case though, as there are exactly this many cards in the game that have the text "Can only be Triggered."

Deceiving Silence (G1 Kotodama Spell)
Formation Breaker (G3 Shinkiro Spell)
Jinmenju's G1 Spell, Sacred Tree's Curse, transforms a form into Cursed Wood, a 1/6 form with no abilities. What happens if you use Kusa: Dandelion's G1 Spell, Home Together, which returns a form to its owner's hand, on Cursed Wood? Answer these two questions: Which Shikigami would Cursed Wood belong to, if any at all. What happens if you try to play Cursed Wood from your hand?
Visually, the form belongs to Jinmenju, and is grouped together with Jinmenju's cards in your hand (if there are any). Mechanically, the form belongs to whoever the spell was played on, as seen in interactions with cards like Hakuzosu: Sharpened Heart's G1 form.
The form will be played onto whichever Shikigami Sacred Tree's Curse was played on. The form will not be playable if that Shikigami is defeated, but will be playable if Jinmenju is defeated.
Shinkiro's SSR, Misty Moonnight, allows Shinkiro to keep obtaining Hyakushiki tokens even after there is no one left to level up. It even has a bonus effect, where it will give you a special Faction Power card instead of the usual Hyakushiki if you have previously used or discarded five of any one of the Hyakushiki types. The violet faction power restores 30 health for you. The blue faction power lets you take one extra turn. What do the red and green faction powers do?
Power of Red Lotus: Playable when defeated. Revive a Shikigami give it permanent +5/+5, piercing and unyielding.
Power of Green Leaf: Deal 5 damage to a random opponent Shikigami, then deal 5 damage to the opponent player. After this game, repeat this effect at the start of each of your turns.
This is the only Set in the game to feature no cards with projectile.
