What happens if a student receives 3 or more ODRs in a grading period
• All students at VISA are placed on a non-participation list if they receive 3 or more ODRs in a grading period.
• “Non-participation” means students cannot participate in any school activities, including senior activities (which includes graduation ceremony).
■ 12th grade students who receive an ODR will be placed on an academic/behavior contract that may affect their participation in senior activities.

The 12th grade advisory team leader, along with help from the other 12th grade advisory teachers, schedules all the speeches. Students cannot pick their own audience.
