If an employee has a work remote agreement, how is mileage calculated?
What: Mileage is calculated from employee’s official worksite or their work location identified on the remote agreement. Per IRS regulations, the employee is responsible for travel to/from official worksite and their home.
One of your employees has a child with an upcoming surgery and is not sure how long they need to be off work. What needs to happen?
