Respectful, Resilient, Safe, and Responsible.
What is my job in the bathroom?
Use it, wash your hands, no playing.
Where do we sit in the lunchroom?
First four tables.
What do I do in a fire drill?
Line up quietly and follow the teacher out the nearest door. Do not take any items with you.
Where do we line up?
In number order by our cubbies.
What can you get for meeting PBIS expectations?
A ticket and turn it in for a pom to earn a whole class reward.
When should I use the bathroom?
During work time. During Recess. During the whole class bathroom break.
When should I pick up a lunch tray in line?
When you reach them right before the salad bar.
What do I do in a tornado drill?
Quietly line up with your teacher. In our classroom, we go through the sliding door room next to us and find a spot to sit on the floor, not under anything.
What does a level one voice sound like?
A whisper.
What happens when we do not meet expectations?
1. reminder
2. sit away
3. note or call home
Same day - same incident. New day - start over.
Where are the bathrooms?
Classic side, LH Side, upstairs.
How should I treat my lunch card?
No bending, no eating, no damage.
What do I do in a lockdown?
Stay calm, find your teacher. In our classroom we gather in the silver tower in front of our classroom.
When and how do I use the bathroom during class time?
If needed in a lesson, show the hand signal. If you need to use the bathroom during work time, please place the bathroom pass on your table and return when you're done.
Where should we follow these expectations?
Everywhere. In the classroom, school, and playground.
How should I sound in the bathroom?
Level one or level zero voice.
Level 2 at the most. My neighbor can hear me, but not someone at the other table.
How should I sound during drills?
Level 0 - no talking, so the teacher can give instructions.
What does our morning routine look like?
1. Place bags in the main cubby, snack up top. Make a lunch choice. Take the blue folder and planner to your table.
What does responsible mean or look like?
examples
Name on paper. Picking up trash. Letting a teacher know when something funny shows up on your computer.
What should I do if someone is not meeting expectations in the bathroom?
What should I do with food I do not want?
If open container, throw it away. If sealed, put it in the extra food bin. Do not share or trade with others during lunchtime.
What should I do if I am not in our classroom when a drill goes off?
Fire, tornado - go with the closest teacher.
Lockdown - in the bathroom, stay and lock the door. Outside the bathroom, go with the closest teacher.
