A resident shares that someone they know “crossed a line” during an argument last night. They don’t go into detail but say they feel uncomfortable and aren’t sure what to do next. As the RA, this is your immediate responsibility.
Call RWOC. Provide supportive listening, share available resources, and educate the student about Title IX and their option to report to police and your obligation to report with or without their involvement.
Once an event is assigned as a Co-Hosting between two SLs, both are guaranteed to receive credit for equal contribution.
