as you see students come in please start signing them in. If you are missing a student radio immediately. Be sure to count your students -- (sometimes we have students show and they are not scheduled)

How much is to much time to sit?
anything past 5 minutes--let the students know that you have lots of kids that need assistance. Get up and walk around engage and come. We should be watching all children not just a few.
When do you students walk in front of staff?
NEVER
Staff should be the first outside as they need to secure the area or first to transition
ask for door holders, caboose, walk backwards, keep them close
Where should your water bottle or food be while on the floor?
Out of reach of students
cafe-brown cabinets or inside kindie pod door
library-brown cabinet or on top of the bookshelves

Cafeteria -- students should always be on?
Blue tile--permission to be on brick (restrooms-go between cafe and library)
How often should you be checking your emails?

Should everyone transition at the same time?
No -- stagger your moves so that we have less chaos and more control of the students
How many students can an Aide be left alone with?
4 -- ie: bathroom

ask and aide to take them 2-4
they should always take a buddy
if no aide available radio for other teammates to watch your location and take additional students to the bathroom at the same time
