When we use Present simple?
The Present Simple tense is used to talk about habitual actions, general truths, routines, and things that happen regularly or are always true.
When we use it
The Present Continuous tense is used to describe actions that are happening right now or around the present time. It can also be used to talk about future plans.

In the Present Simple tense, the verb stays in its base form for all subjects except for the third-person singular (he, she, it), where we add an "s" or "es."

In the Present Simple tense, to form a question, we use the auxiliary verb "do" or "does" (for third-person singular).
To make a negative sentence in the Present Simple tense, we use the auxiliary verb "do not" (or "don't" for short) for all subjects except for the third-person singular. For third-person singular, we use "does not" (or "doesn't").
How do we form questions in the Present Continuous tense?
To form a question in the Present Continuous, invert the subject and the verb "to be" (am, is, are).
