What steps should I take if I smell gas in the building? 

Get another staff to go smell, move the patients out of the area, check the fan above the stove, open the doors to let it air out and call Richard off of the pink phone and let him know whats egoing on. Call cosco fire.

What is the difference between a room search and a room check?

Room check: looking with our eyes. looking to make sure the room is within compliance and clean

Room search: we tear the room up. We're looking in cabinets, drawers, bathrooms etc.

You let the patient know that UAs are a required part of the program and that you will follow up with their counselor

What form do I complete when there is an incident. When does it need to be completed? 

Incident report, same day as the incident.
