These are the hours when the RAs are on-call.
What is 5:00pm to 8:00am?
These should be enforced after 10 PM (midnight on weekends) to keep noise down in the residence halls.
What are quiet hours?
Guests may not stay more than this many consecutive nights.
What is two nights?
Propping open these can result in a conduct violation.
What are residence hall entrance doors?
Residents with financial concerns should visit this office.
This is what you should submit if you discover a broken cabinet, for example, in a student's room.
What is a work order?
These are what you should be doing periodically while you're on duty.
What are rounds?
If a guest violates university policy while staying with a resident, this person is responsible.
Who is the resident?
These should not be ridden inside the halls to avoid creating marks on the floor.
What are scooters?
This is where you should refer a resident who is struggling academically.

This is Anastasia Davis's full title that should be included in RA incident reports if she is involved.
What is the Director of Residence Life and Student Conduct (DRLSC)?
These are the three core values of the Office of Residence Life.
What are Community, Care, and Consistency?
This type of assistance animal must be approved through the Office of Disability Services and Residence Life.
What is an emotional support animal?
Smoking, vaping, and tobacco use are prohibited in all of these locations.

This is where you should refer a resident who is struggling emotionally.
