Virtual and in person site visits. Sanction check is to be re-ran when the site visits is outside of 30 days from the initial sanction.
Additonally, a sanction check is required if a provider skips the virtual/site visit process and proceeds directly to preboarding.

A CAPS Check - is a type of background check. Colorado law requires certain agencies to request a check of the Adult Protective Services (APS) data system (called CAPS) to determine if certain individuals have been substantiated in an APS investigation of mistreatment of an at-risk adult.

For APP's - once the start date is met, incentive should be released on their first check.
