This is what faith comes by, and this comes by the word of God.
What is hearing?
Unlike change which can be reversed, this deeper process cannot be undone, like a butterfly returning to a caterpillar.

Jesus declared "I am" this, and whoever enters through Him shall be saved.
What is the door?
This is the God-designed capacity for living beings to experience mutual awareness and connection, not isolation.
What is relationship?
Jesus said, "He that has" this "let him hear what the Spirit says."
What is an ear (to hear)?
This key gives you access to God's presence and causes Him to inhabit something.
What is praise?
In Hebrew thought, the word "hear" (shema) actually means this action.
What is obey?
Romans 12:1 calls us to present our bodies as this kind of sacrifice.
What is a living sacrifice?
When you cross the threshold of the door called Jesus, this is what you receive.
What is salvation (or deliverance)?
At the well, Jesus offered this Samaritan woman living water that would spring up to eternal life.
Who is the woman at the well (or the Samaritan woman)?
Young Samuel needed this priest to teach him how to recognize God's voice.
Who is Eli?
Being thankful in everything is actually this form of worship.
What is praise (or thanksgiving)?
According to Hebrews, faith is the substance of things hoped for and this of things not seen.
What is evidence?
This Old Testament prophet told Naaman the Syrian general to dip in the Jordan River this many times.
What is seven (times)?
This biblical passage tells us to enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with this.
What is praise?
The two greatest commandments are to love God with all your heart and to love this person as yourself.
Who is your neighbor?
When Samuel finally understood God was calling, he was taught to say these four words.
What is "Here I am, Lord" (or "Speak, Lord, your servant hears")?
God is this, and those who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and truth.

This Old Testament patriarch became known as the "father of our faith" because of his obedience to God.

The church should function as this type of center where people become different.

The number of doors you go through daily represents this in your spiritual life.
What is movement (or transitions/responsibilities)?
In a godly relationship, your focus should be on building this in the other person, not what you want.
What is their identity?
These people have ears that want to hear only what pleases them or what they want to hear.
What are itching ears?
Your praise on Sunday should become this on Monday.
What is your posture (or lifestyle)?
The parable of the sower teaches that this is the only thing consistent regardless of where the word is planted.
What is the word itself (or the seed)?
According to 2 Corinthians 3:18, we are transformed from glory to glory by doing this with an unveiled face.
What is beholding (or looking at) the Lord as in a mirror?
In the Father's house are many of these, and if it were not so, Jesus would have told us.
What are mansions (or dwelling places)?
When the woman at the well received Jesus's words, she went from living in this state to immersing herself in connection with others.
What is isolation?
The only way to develop an ear to hear God is to do this with what you hear Him saying.
What is obey?
According to Psalms, God inhabits the praises of these people.
