It means that you have gotten a warning about following expectations.

5 minutes of free time for each square (up to 2 squares

Losing recess for not following the classroom contract of EAGLE code
Losing extra PE for not completing work
Losing PAT for not completing homework

Worry about yourself. Unless someone is hurt or in danger.
How can being an EAGLE help our class reach its goals for learning and behavior?
If we are following our EAGLE code we are also following our contract.
What does it mean when you've gotten a red on the classroom check-in?
It means you've been reminded more than once about following expectations.
What happens if you personally get a compliment in from another teacher?
You get an extra punch on your card.
