MPR
100

This acronym refers to the on‑time departure metric measured at the exact minute of scheduled departure.

What is D0

100

This initiative, most recently conducted in YYZ with updates effective Jan 2026, focuses on transportation times between crew hotels and our gates to reduce 9H delays. In 2025, over 35 of these were done vs 20 in all of 2024. Stations included DCA, IAD, JFK/EWR, NYC, HNL, SEA, MIA, CHI, CHS, OGG, ATW, MEM, PUJ, CLE, KIN, and others.

What are drive-time studies

100

Last year, DOM RSG FA OnB finished at 92.3%, falling just short of this goal.

What is 93%

200

This process allows eligible flights to depart the gate up to five minutes before scheduled departure, but only when all customers, bags, cargo, and aircraft servicing are complete — and when ACS, In‑Flight, Flight Ops, OCC, and ultimately the captain agree the aircraft can leave early.

What is LWR (Leave When Ready)

200

RSG follow‑up calls are made to FAs who are late to scan in this number of times. In 2025, more than 2,100 calls were made by our teams for a 99% monthly completion rate

What is four or more

200

Beginning this year, controllable miss will be removed from the base scorecard. Instead, this metric will be the main focus and carried as a system goal.

What is FA OnB

300

Flights where crews have appropriate connection time and aircraft have more than minimum ground time — resulting in significantly higher D0 performance — fall under this three‑letter classification.

What is RSG (Ready, Set, Go)

300

This ongoing initiative, launched in July of last year, focuses on early flights to a specific location from the top stations that disproportionately impact FA scan‑in times and LFA delay rates. The effort has remained a priority initiative and is included in the deck for MPR.

What is First flights into Atlanta

300

Beginning this year, this performance metric will still be at the system level, but the goal will be unique to each base and by seasonality to provide a more accurate reflection of their crew performance patterns throughout the year.

What is INTL ExitUS

400

Initiated by the ACS agent in coordination with the Tower once boarding is underway, this message updates the departure time to five minutes earlier when all Delta teams agree the flight is able to depart ahead of schedule.

What is FAM (flight advisory message)

400

This tool was designed to complement the Minute BRIEF. Gate agents complete it, and it covers the critical milestones for an on-time departure, target number of gate-checked bags, and an open section for notable flight details.
