If soldiers ADSN reads 9999 how do you fix that?
If an ADSN reads 9999 that indicates that the soldier is not in-processed, pay record is in travel status and does not belong to any ADSN. The soldier would need to submit a complete smart voucher with KSD's so that he/she can be gained.

What is CEDMS used for?
