Open tools (Salesloft, salesforce, drift, ZI, LSN, sharepoint drive)
Check emails
Check Salesloft
Open dashboard
The lead is missing a telephone number and a name, what do I do?
Email address and Company name is present
search the email address in ZI
cross reference the company in salesforce
What 2 parts of the day that will set you up for success?
The morning - 1st hour of the day
Evening - last hour of the day
DM Meeting coming up in an hour.
1. What do you need to have prepared
2. If you're unable to attend what do you do
3. You enter the call what's the 1st thing you do
1. run through dashboard to check for any updates
2. send an email to DM and cc'Kerri - in the email speak to the dashboard in text
