What steps do you take for a member who redeemed to their HSA, but has not received their deposit after 14 days?

Direct the member to remove their linked HSA account by going to UHC Rewards > Redeem Rewards > Transfer to your HSA > Select 'Remove' on the currently linked account.

Advise the member to contact their HSA bank to ensure they are entering correct routing and account numbers. Direct the member to relink after confirming their information. Route the case to the Service Escalations Team.
