How does Mr. Foster help students succeed?

He is patient and kind and is PASSIONATE about making sure kids “get” what he teaches. He likes to teach math lessons 4-5 different ways. He always tells me teaching math is like fishing. He uses different lures to “catch” the kids' understanding. As long as kids get the math, he doesn’t care which method they use.
