if insureds vehicle is a midsize 7 seater we can upgrade to full size SUV. As all ERAC midsize SUVs are 5 seaters
when expectations do we set, if shop advises us of delay in parts with NO eta for nondrive vehicles.

insured has two options:
- take the comp vehicle and we reimburse portion of the gas (where is this formula?)
- take the EV vehicle and insured would pay the rate difference.
