Tier 1 Rebuttal: I have a few different appointment times throughout the evening, I just want to make sure I'm working around YOUR schedule. (I don’t want to interfere with any doctor appointments or events). So do have any plans to leave before/after (specific time or work)?
Tier 2 Rebuttal: So (homeowner), I don't want to give you the wrong impression. The estimate is really simple and easy, but we would want to meet with you and answer any questions that you [or (other owner)] had, and I’d hate to send my expert out there and not have enough time to get that done. So do you have any plans?
GAP restrictions are adjusted periodically to account for the fluctuating number of RC’s.
What are the four variables used to determine our gap availability? Territory: Each territory has a different amount of RC’s and can only handle a set number of appointments per day.
Source: The four main sources (Community, Canvassing, Retail, and Events) all have different GAPs to reflect their different efficiencies.
Product Mix: RC’s learn to sell windows first, roofing second, and siding last. Therefore, there are more RC’s trained to run window appointments than any other product.
Timeframe: We generate more appointments for the evenings since that’s when most homeowners are available. As a result, appointments will “book up” quicker in the evening time than in the morning.
