Who were George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, Alexander Hamilton, John Jay and James Madison.

True or False:  Oysters can change their gender.

What is true?

They are sequential hermaphrodites, meaning they switch sexes over the course of their lives.

Oysters typically start their lives as males when they are young and small. After about a year, as they grow larger and stronger, most will transition into females. This transformation helps sustain the population, as larger females are capable of producing millions of eggs, while the smaller males focus on fertilization.

This process is not always a one-time change, however. Depending on water temperature, food availability, and the specific needs of the oyster population, some species can change genders multiple times or even switch back to male after spawning.

Bonus for naming the city he was working in.

Who was Thomas Jefferson?

What is Paris?

(Adams was in Great Britain at the same time as Jefferson was in France, so he didn't sign it either)

(It is a popular myth that Jefferson refused to sign the Constitution. Especially when guests enter our hall of statutes of the Constitution’s signers at the National Constitution Center – and ask where the Jefferson statue is. In 1787, Jefferson was in Paris as the United States’ envoy, and he missed the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia.)
