Inclement weather does not prevent safe travel to and from the clinic or administrative office. No change to operating hours is necessary.
What is Tier 1 - Normal Operations?
The medical provider in the clinic with the highest license level.
Who is a Provider-In-Charge?
The frequency that clinic leadership is to review fire safety with all staff.
What is semi-annual?
The loss of specific elements of facility infrastructure including power and water.
What is a Utility Failure?
The provider believes the patient is at high risk for harming themselves or others per their history of violence , diagnosis, collateral information, self-report and/or having a plan and means to follow through within the next 24 hours.
What is Imminent Danger?
