Dual Credit Student
A Dual Credit student is a high school student taking a college-level course that earns both college credit and high school credit simultaneously. These courses may be covered by the student’s high school district through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the college.

Concurrent Credit
College credit only, without receiving high school credit. Students enroll in college courses and earn college credit. High school credit is not automatically awarded through concurrent enrollment; however, students may be able to receive high school credit if it is approved by their high school. Any arrangement for high school credit is the responsibility of the student and the high school and must be coordinated directly with the high school.
