To support a smooth transition and maintain positive relationships, we kindly request a minimum of two weeks’ written notice upon resignation so we can prepare for shift coverage, part on good terms, and provide a positive reference whenever possible

Wording from the handbook: It is not acceptable for team members to engage in extracurricular babysitting jobs from current and former family members at any of our schools. Our teachers are childcare professionals and deserve to be treated as such.

What is our policy on physical activity? (how much time should each group get)
Toddlers will get 60 minutes of outdoor playtime a day (weather permitting)
Young Preschool and Preschool children will get 90 minutes of outdoor playtime a day (weather permitting)
What is the cell phone policy?
"To ensure that every child receives the full attention and presence they deserve, personal cell phones and other mobile devices (e.g., smart watches, tablets, laptops) must not be used while supervising children or in active classroom spaces." To ensure active supervision and child safety, the use of personal devices, such as earbuds, smartwatches, and other electronic accessories, is prohibited during any period of child supervision.
In other words: Cell phones are not permitted in the classroom. Ear buds are also not permitted in the classroom. This does include nap time.
