What are President, Recording Secretary, and Treasurer?

What is a bank/checking account?

What is nine (preferably ten)
This district-wide organization is made up of all the PA/PTA presidents within a specific community school district to represent regional parent interests.
What is the Presidents' Council?
The maximum number of people allowed to serve as co-officers for any single mandatory position.
What is two?
The individual whose written consent must be obtained before a PA/PTA can hold a fundraising event during instructional hours or on school property.
Who is the Principal?
The document that serves as the official governing rulebook for a specific school's PA/PTA operations and must always align with CR A-660.
What are the bylaws?
This is the deadline by which a PA/PTA must hold its annual spring election to choose officers for the upcoming school year.
What is the last day of school?
The required two-part process for any PA/PTA fundraising plan or expenditure to be legally approved under CR A-660.
What is presentation to the general membership and approval by a majority vote where a quorum is present?
The specific, minimum number of members that must be present at a meeting to legally conduct official business or vote, as defined by the organization's bylaws.
