Sinus Bradycardia

Interrupted Baseline
Represents ventricular repolarization
T wave
Heart rate greather that 100/min
Sinus Tachycardia
Poor grounding or external electricty interfering with the tracing
AC Interference
Repersents ventricular depolarization
QRS wave
Heart rhythm problem where the heart's natural pacemaker temporarily stops sending electrical signals
Sinus arrest
Movement assoicated with breathing or poor electrode connection
Wandering Baseline
Not always visable but represents a replarization of the bundel of His and Purkinje fibers
U wave
The atrial tissue is firing at a rate faster that the rate the ventricles are responding to
Atrial flutter
Irregular spikes thorughout the tracing and is related to muscle movement
Somatic Tremor
Represents the time from the beginning of ventricular depolarization to the end of ventricular repolarization
QT interval
Early heartbeat that starts in the upper chambers of the heart
Premature Atrial Contraction
