Any time surroundings change. Includes changing activities, loading and unloading transportation, to and from meals, wake up and bedtime.

Notify your group individually with visual contact and ensure understanding.

Keep visual contact with all assigned individuals when waiting for activites to ensure no-one wanders off.

2)Visually confirm all assigned individuals are present and seated BEFORE taking a seat themselves. 

3)Before any transportation departs, ensure a proper visual headcount of ALL participants, both by each chaperone of their assigned group and by the trip leader of the entire group.

1)Keep participants in sight at all times; ensure they are not in distress or upset and that they are having a good time

2)Stay with buddy group--you should NEVER be by yourself and there should be two chaperones together at all times--physically transfer info card for individual if another chaperone is supervising one of your assigned individuals 

3)Help individuals purchase souvenirs and keep track of receipts

4)Ensure individuals are hydrated and have sun screen regularly applied if outside

5)KEEP GOOD COMMUNICATION with your buddy chaperone and the trip leader
