List 5 steps to take during a Lockdown (Bonus points what to do if you are outside):
- Look outside the classroom door and sweep any scholars in the hallways
- Close the door, ensure it is locked (It should already be prelocked)
- Pull down shades
- Turn off lights
- Get Scholars into Safety Triangle and remain silent
- Take attendance and account for missing scholars by contacting BOM via slack
- Do not open the door once you hear the all clear (Wait for First Responders or BRT to open door to announce the Lockdown has been lifted)
Outside
- If you are outside, do not re-enter the building. Move to a different indoor location and notify the leadership team of your whereabouts.
