What is the difference between Brake fade and Brake Fail?
Brake Fade= they feel spongy, you can pump them and get some pressure, but they are not strong and stopping distance has greatly increased.

•To test the Hydraulic brake system with the engine off, press the brake pedal 3 times and then hold it down for 5 seconds.
