Building an attribution model for a key AD&E metric, BSR to decompose factors of metric improvement. It was a stretch experience for both my technical and interpersonal skills.

Personal: did our first family 5k run together - where all of us - including 3 kids under 12 - ran the full 5k and were excited about it!
