A volleyball game is scheduled for 7pm. It is 7:02pm and Team B has not showed up. Team A wants to receive the win and leave as soon as possible. What do we do?

In an indoor soccer game, Team A is losing to Team B 1-5. Before the end of the game, Team A accuses Team B of having more than one club player on their roster.
1. How can we verify this?

In soccer, a penalty kick is awarded to Team A in the 1st half. The kicker for Team A takes too many steps on his run up. However, the goalkeeper on Team B encroaches off the goal line before the ball is kicked. The goalie does not save the ball, but the shot does miss as it hits off the wall back into play. What is the call? Is there a re-kick? Is it a dead ball? Or no-call / live play resumes?
In cases where players from both teams are guilty of infringements, the kick shall be retaken regardless of the outcome of the kick.

E. Team B was in the bonus to end regulation because Team A had 15 team fouls, and Player 1 on Team A had 4 personal fouls. If Player 1 on Team A commits a personal foul in overtime, how many player fouls does he now have, and how many team fouls does Team A have?

In Dodgeball, a player on Team A throws the ball at a player on Team B. The ball hits Player 1 on Team B, deflects to Player 2 on Team B, who then catches it. Is anyone out? If so, who? And does Team B get a player back in for catching it?
