False. Students may not do activities on their computers when they are finished. Please have non-tech work ready for them to do at a voice volume zero.

What do I do after testing each day? (Think: tech, student materials, SSID's)

1. charge all computers

2. Destroy all scratch paper on CAT tests daily. You may keep student work for performance tasks at the end of the day if they need to continue the next day, but keep it stored securely (locked).

  • Post Do Not Disturb & No Unauthorized Electronics signage on doors

  • At students’ desks, have out:  SSID’s , computers, headphones, scratch paper, pencil, dividers
  • Log into CAASPP & be ready to post session ID

  • Have early finisher materials ready and directions posted on the board

  • Have ready the DFA’s

How long can a student pause on the CAT test before it locks earlier items? 

20 minutes.

If you need to pause for longer than 20 minutes, give students a 10 MINUTE WARNING (scripted in the DFA)
