-Positive, growth mindset (whining is like door handles - you are choosing to make yourself feel bad, and it's contagious)

-Stay away from or slow down on high caffeine, sugary beverages and snacks (soda, candy, Gatorade) 

-Water, water, water, water, water (this will keep you healthy, awake, and comfortable - you can always run to the bathroom during the test if you need) 

-STAY ACTIVE! As teenagers you should be getting at least 1 hour of physical activity a day (walking for an hour, play a basketball game, weight training, walk your dog...)

-Do activities that bring you joy when you finish other tasks (this is more than a reward, it can be a way to explore what you might want to do after graduation)
