Do your business & get back to class. We should not be looking over/under stalls or making a mess with water or paper towels.
What are the bathroom expectations?
Your teacher MUST email & then will give you permission to go. Do NOT just stop by.
What is going to the nurse?
Level 2
What is the voice level for whole class activity?
Wait until your teacher checks the hallway, then silently walk out the door that your teacher tells you. While outside, we are in silent homeroom lines in alphabetical order listening for instructions.
What is the fire drill?
Take what you NEED.
What is the Care Closet?
Paying attention to the topic being taught in class and completing all assignments to the best of your ability.
What are classroom expectations?
Try to go on our team day, but you can get permission from a teacher.
What is library procedure?
Level 1 or 2
What is the volume for stations or other times that you are working independently?
Wait until your teacher directs you to move, and then move to the designated location. Silently, sit on the floor with your arms linked behind your head.
What is the tornado drill?
Look for things you've lost on your way to/from Encore or to/from lunch and recess.
When can I go to Lost & Found?
Sitting quietly, actively listening.
What are guest speaker expectations?
Get a paper request paper from your teacher OR use the form in google classroom.
What is counselor procedure?
Level 1
What is the volume level for being in the hallway/walking to & from classes?
Go to the nearest classroom and sit away from the door and window. If there is no teacher in the room, pull the door shut. If all doors are shut, go to the bathroom, lock yourself inside & pull your feet up off the floor.
What is the lockdown drill?
Follow your classroom's procedure. For some, that might mean giving the work to a teacher. For others that might mean putting the work in a designated basket. I WILL ALWAYS ASK A NEIGHBOR BEFORE ASKING THE TEACHER.
How do I turn work in?
Being mindful of the noise level, I am not driving the duty teacher or those around me bonkers.
What are indoor recess expectations?
Wait until your teacher is called.
What is early check out?
Level 0
What is the volume level for: testing, guest speaker, assemblies, drills.
Listen to the nearest teacher & follow his or her directions. That teacher will let your homeroom teacher know where you are.
What is any type of procedure that you aren't sure what to do?
I am where I am supposed to be. If not, I will lose this privilege.
What is the expectation when we are on computers?
I am safe with others & any equipment I am using outside. This includes keeping my hands to myself & being kind.
