What is the first Level and what are conditions to this level.
This is assessment period, 7 days, not allowed in community, only able to leave for medical appointments

What is a hold?
A hold is when youths has charges in different jurisdictions and while one charges has been dismissed, Cuthbert House is not allowed to release youth until all matters are handled.
What levels are allowed in visitor's room: two answer questions
Level 5's are allowed daily after 5pm. Other lower level residents are allowed on weekends only.
Who plans the menu. What if there is meal that you do not like....what are your options.
Residents plan meal. You are allowed an alternative meal - peanut butter and jam sandwich or leftovers.
Pizza pockets, junk food not is a meal.
What is Club C and what can be made/used for
Late Nights, Extra calls, used as currency, movie passes, level increase
Time youth must be downstairs or will be confined- weekday and weekend times.

Anytime youth leaves property and returns to facility. Shoes, hats, waist bands, jackets, pockets turned inside out. If searches are refused, staff has the right to contact the RYMC who have the right to do a strip search.

Where are you to exit during a fire drill. What is the meeting point.
In a fire drill, all parties are to leave via nearest exit then proceed to big tree located at main entrance.
At what level can you go to the YMCA in the evening?
Level 2
What lottery tickets or gambling games are ALLOWED.

What is an SOR
Serious Occurrence Report is a written document when there is a serious breach of house.
Can recreation be cancelled? For how long?
If youth does not follow staff instructions, weather, misbehaves, if house is on lockdown. A resident's recreation can be cancelled until further notice.

What times are calls allowed? Weekdays and weekends? Who are you allowed to call in the day?
6:00pm-10:30 weekdays. 1:00pm- 10:30pm on weekends. Calls cannot be shared. Calls to lawyers, probation officers, Ombudsman, parents/guardians can be made any time of day. No call 3-way calls are permitted.
