This communicative customer submitted a work order detailing the following, which produced quite a chuckle for Kyndal one morning,
"The women's restroom on the 12th floor smells like standing water/mold. It's so rank in there, but last Thursday when I was in the office it didn't smell like that (nor has it in my 7 years here). Very weird but I am worried there's a water leak or something that's not visible because it stinks to high heaven."
