On eval, Joe is max assist with PT/OT for all transfers without AD. At end of eval, PT/OT issue and educate Joe on proper use of a FWW during transfers. Joe then performs stand step transfers with partial/moderate assistance with FWW. How do you score transfer items on admission?
Maximal/substantial assistance (2). The admission score should reflect the pre skilled intervention status of Joe’s transfers.
Why would there be multiple therapists from one discipline signed in for conference?
More than one person from the discipline reporting on the patient. Or the therapist is carried over from previous week's conference.

As the Saturday lead, if you receive a sick call and don't have enough staff, what is the order to cancel treatments?
1. Ongoing patients with LOS > 7 days. These patients are most likely scheduled as an Activity Day and Saturday therapy is considered extra to the 5 days of therapy required. Prearranged CGT sessions can be scheduled only for the time needed.
2. First week patients with LOS in Epic 0-6 days. These patients are most likely Traditional Therapy days and are the priority to stay on teh schedule if they are not on target to meet 5/7 days.
3. Saturday admits. Can be scheduled on Sunday.
