What is redness?
2nd intercostal on the left of the midclavicular line.

This may be an overall elevation in body temperature.
What is fever?
This drainage may be white green or yellow and foul smelling.
What is pus or purulent drainage?
This would present as an elevation of the surface of skin.
What is swelling/swollen?
Three fingers down from the acromion process.
What is the deltoid IM injection site?
The body responding to an infection in an extreme manner, causing it to destroy surrounding tissue and organs.
What is sepsis?
Palm over the greater tronchanter, middle finger on the illiac crest, index fingers on anterior illiac spine.
