What is the Church has invisible bonds of unity through God. God is 3 Persons, yet remains one God - so the Church is made up of billions of people, it's still one family of God. Jesus makes us one because His Death and Resurrection reconciled everyone to the Father. The Church is one because the Holy Spirit lives in each member of the Church and brings us into communion with each other. The Church is also one because we all agree on some of the same things (Jesus, the Bible, Heaven/Hell, etc). Also, we have one creed.
