WHEN should you record your hours worked?
Daily - clock in and out for reach shift.
WHEN should you accept/reject a calendar event/invite?
Within 24 hours!
WHEN should you update your org units?
When clocking in. Make sure to double check at the end of each week before approving your timecard.
WHEN should you request PTO?
At least 10 days in advance for planned PTO, before 7am for same day call outs

WHAT is the difference between PTO and Unpaid time off and when do you use each?
PTO should always be used if you have an available balance. Unpaid time off should be used during blackout periods or when there is no PTO balance (should be for emergencies only)
Who approves timecards and when?
ALL employees should approve their OWN timecards each week. Managers should approve employee timecards every other Monday by 10AM (NEW DEADLINE!)

I have a Dr. Appt next month. When should I submit my PTO request?
Now! As soon as you know about an upcoming PTO need, you should submit the request. No later than 10 days before the PTO date.

Accurate pay and allocations, Integrity, Efficiency/Productivity, spend/expense management

Accountability, organization, so we know who is where, and to ensure programs are filled.
WHY are org units important?
Tracks our spend at each location and helps us see where we are/aren't profitable.
WHY do we have blackouts dates?
To ensure adequate staffing & maintain productivity during times of high demand
What can happen if I clock in at 8am but I didn't show up until 8:15?
Termination of employment for falsifying timecards.
