Yes, each hiring manager can reschedule interviews or reassign to another interviewer. The SSA can assist with this process.
If the original interview threshold is completed and there were not any candidates that were selected how can the SSA adjust the threshold?
Under My Jobs the SSA can select the pencil icon to increase the threshold amount for more candidates to be scheduled for an interview.
Will a requisition still appear on job boards when it is unposted (turned OFF) in Luci?
After a requisition is unposted (turned OFF) in My Jobs, the refresh cycle removes it from job boards. If a candidate clicks on a link for a job that has been unposted in My Jobs, and before the refresh cycle occurs, , the candidate receives a message that the position is no longer available, and Luci will assist them in finding other positions.
Can SSAs view all store hiring manager calendars in Luci?
No, SSA's will not currently have the ability to review each manager's individual calendars in LUCI.
What does it mean if a candidate is under the "No availability" tab in LUCI and what should the SSA do for these candidates?

If a hiring manager completes the interview for the first candidate for a role and wants to offer the position to this candidate do they have to continue to interview the remaining candidates?
There is the option to cancel the interviews once the selected candidate is identified, but it is recommended to proceed with scheduled interviews to ensure a good candidate experience.
What happens if candidates are in-progress with applying when a job req is unposted (by LUCI or manually)?
The candidate will be able to complete their in progress applications. Luci will continue the application conversation and either schedule a candidate for and interview or disposition them.
What do I do with interview guides once the interviews are completed?
The interview guides will continue to be placed in the requisition folder and stored in a locked filing cabinet per the current process.
How often should the SSA monitor job reqs in My Jobs in Luci?
At least 3x per day.
Does LUCI automatically create an outlook invite for the hiring manager once an interview is scheduled?
Only for the roles in LUCI. The SSA should send calendar invites daily for interviews outside of the LUCI scope as well as any meetings.
Are candidates that are interested in the MSA roles able to schedule interviews with DMSMs?
Candidates can always interview with the MSM at each location. However, For candidates to receive interview times from the DMSM calendar, there are two options:
How long does it take for Luci to re-engage with candidates, i.e. if candidate hasn’t completed their application and/or hasn’t selected an interview date/time
Luci sends reminders to candidates every 24 hours, for up to 72 hours. Review the Conversation history to see these occurrences. If the candidate still does not reengage LUCI will disposition them.
Will the time frame of the job expiration in Lowe's career portal change? Will the job expire/unpost from LUCI at the same time?
Yes. The current expiration is 14 days and now it will expire in 45 days. The job requisition will expire on LCP and unpost in LUCI after the 45 day mark.
In Luci, I see the option to chat directly with the candidate that I have scheduled for an interview. Should I do so?
This is a standard feature in Luci that cannot be disabled. It is recommended that you do not engage with the candidate via chat. If you do engage before LUCI is done it can cause her to not recognize what has and has not been answered. Therefore, there could be errors in the process.
Will we continue to use Event Manager or Interview Scheduler tools?
No. For the jobs in scope of LUCI these tools will be discontinued.
How far out can candidates schedule and interview?
The minimum is 1 day and the maximum is 10 days?
What happens with the candidate if they accidentally answer the questions incorrectly in Luci?
If a candidate accidently responds with the wrong answer and it results in not passing minimum qualifications, you can direct the candidate to reapply using a different email address. However, if a candidate does not meet minimum qualifications or does not pass our screening questions, then they will not move forward to scheduling an interview. They will receive a disposition email 24 hours later.
What if the hiring manager wants to offer a position that is different than the position they interviewed for?
The candidate will need to apply to the applicable requisition, complete the conversation with Luci, and select an interview time to complete another interview for that position.
